1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging the services of Chrissy Roll Wellness Coach, LLC d/b/a Riposo Travel Co (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operating as Riposo Travel Co, you (“Client,” “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services Provided
Riposo Travel Co provides travel advisory and planning services including, but not limited to:
• Cruise bookings
• Vacation package planning and booking
• Flight research and booking
• Hotel and resort reservations
• Tours and excursion bookings
• Honeymoon and destination wedding travel planning
• Group travel coordination
We act as an independent travel advisor and contractor under a host agency. We do not own or operate any travel Supplier.
3. Planning and Consulting Fees
Fee Structure
Riposo Travel Co charges planning and/or consulting fees for our advisory services. These fees are separate from and in addition to the cost of travel products and Supplier charges. Fees will be disclosed to you in writing before services commence.
Non-Refundable Fees
Planning and consulting fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, regardless of whether you ultimately book travel or whether a booking is later cancelled. These fees compensate us for our time, expertise, and professional services rendered.
Payment of Fees
Planning fees are due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Failure to pay fees may result in discontinuation of services.
4. Bookings and Payments
Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective Supplier. A booking is not confirmed until full payment or deposit has been received and a confirmation number has been issued by the Supplier.
Deposits and Final Payment
Most travel bookings require a deposit at time of booking and final payment by a specified date. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit. You will be notified of all payment deadlines.
Price Changes
Quoted prices are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed. We are not responsible for price increases resulting from currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or Supplier pricing changes.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Supplier Cancellation Policies
All cancellations are subject to the Supplier’s cancellation policies, which vary by provider and fare type. Cancellation penalties can range from loss of deposit to 100% of the total trip cost. We will inform you of applicable cancellation policies at time of booking.
Our Cancellation Assistance
If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will assist you in processing your cancellation and any applicable refund requests with the Supplier. Refund timelines are determined by the Supplier, not by Riposo Travel Co.
Force Majeure
Riposo Travel Co is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our or the Supplier’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, government actions, or other force majeure events.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance can protect you against trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.
We can provide information about travel insurance options. The decision to purchase or decline travel insurance rests solely with you. Riposo Travel Co is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance. If you decline travel insurance, we may ask you to sign a waiver acknowledging this decision.
7. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all travelers in your party hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health documentation. Riposo Travel Co can provide general guidance on entry requirements, but this information is subject to change. We strongly recommend verifying all requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate and official government sources before travel.
We are not responsible for any costs, losses, or delays arising from invalid or insufficient travel documents.
8. Health and Medical Requirements
You are responsible for understanding and complying with any health, vaccination, or medical requirements for your destination(s). We recommend consulting a travel health specialist or your healthcare provider before international travel. We are not responsible for any health-related issues arising during travel.
9. Limitation of Liability
Riposo Travel Co acts as an agent for Suppliers and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, failures, negligence, or defaults of any Supplier. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total planning fees paid by you to us.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
10. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services and signing a Client Agreement, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information required for bookings
• Review all booking confirmations and itineraries promptly and notify us of any errors
• Make payments by all required deadlines
• Comply with all Supplier terms, conditions, and codes of conduct
• Ensure all travelers in your party have valid travel documents
• Obtain appropriate travel insurance
• Acknowledge and comply with our Privacy Policy, including how your personal data is collected, used, and stored as detailed in your Client Agreement
11. Newsletter Communications
If you subscribe to the Riposo Travel Co newsletter, you are providing your name and email address solely for the purpose of receiving our newsletter and travel-related communications. Newsletter subscription is entirely separate from engaging our travel advisory services and does not constitute a Client Agreement.
You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@riposostravel.com. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect any existing Client Agreement or booking obligations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
